How to create a profile

Purchase any IDHelp product

Go to the IDhelp.net website, click on the “Sign Up” button and go through the registration procedure on the website

Fill in the fields with personal, medical and contact information in your account. In the “Connect my ID” section, enter the ID and pin number from your product
4
Click “Save”. Your personal medical profile is created!
How IDHelp works in a critical situation with a QR code

An emergency situation happened

Read the QR code using any of more than 100 available scanners for QR codes available for all types of mobile devices
3
Click on the link that appears in your personal account

Read medical and personal data. In the profile, you will also see telephones of contact persons - please, inform them about the emergency situation.

Enter the ID-code and the pin code from the bracelet, card, 3-TAG card or pendant in the corresponding fields on the main page of the website

Read medical and personal data. In the profile, you will also see telephones of contact persons - please, inform them about the emergency situation.
